In June 2012, the legendary Swedish trio Swedish House mafia announced their split up and announced the dates for their farewell tour named ‘One Last Tour’. The tour kicked off in November 2012 and concluded in March 2013 which included mega cities all around the world including Mumbai & Delhi.
One Last Tour in Mumbai was cancelled due to the unfortunate death of BalaSaheb Thackeray, one of the most eminent personalities from politics, films and corporates in India. Thousands of fans were evacuated within minutes after the show was called off.
The StyleMag crew took a trip to Delhi NCR, which was the next city to experience the Swedish trio LIVE. One Last Tour was at the same venue as ‘Sunburn Noida 2012’ i.e. Unitech Golf & Country Club and this time the stage was much bigger as it was their first ever gig in India.
Nikhil Chinapa, Nawed Khan &Rohit Barker played a groovy set for the dance music fanatics in Delhi/Noida.
We were backstage and saw the backstage going on a standstill as the Swedish House Mafia entourage entered the venue in their black cars. The trio came out did a quick interview with the Inceptor of Sunburn- Shailendra Singh backstage and promised a date for the cancelled Mumbai leg of One Last Tour.
